Cheque Deposit

You can deposit your Qatar Cool payment cheque in any QNB self-service cheque deposit ATM at Media Centrale or Lagoona Mall.

My Account

The Customer Portal allows you to comprehensively manage your account, view past payments and consumption and much more.

Quick Pay allows you to simply make a payment with your debit or credit card fast without hassle.

QNB ATM

This payment option is available for all Qatar Cool customers at any QNB ATM in Qatar.

Cash Deposit

Make a cash deposit at any QNB branch, you will need your connection ID or invoice number which can be found in our 'property finder' or on your last bill.

Please inform our Customer Service via email of the deposit once complete.

Mobile App

Qatar Cool’s mobile App allows on the go access to your account anytime anywhere, to make payments, view your consumption and much more.

Bank Transfer

The bank transfer allows for an individual payment of a bill in person via your bank branch.

You will need your connection ID or invoice to complete the transfer, which can be found in our 'Property finder' or on your last bill.

Please inform our Customer Service team via email once the transfer has been completed.

CBQ Mobile App

Customers with a CBQ account can pay their bills via the CBQ banking App.

CBQ Direct Debit

You can now pay your cooling bills by direct debit through the Commercial Bank App. A one-time set-up is required, thereafter your bills will be paid on time and automatically.
