Auditor, is responsible for overseeing the Internal Audit function at Qatar Cool which mainly entails providing independent risk-based objective assurance over the design efficiency and operating effectiveness of internal controls with the purpose of assisting Qatar Cool in achieving its key objectives. Samir is an active member of Qatar Cool\u2019s Senior Management Team however to ensure independency of the Internal Audit function, Samir reports functionally to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.<\/p><p>Prior to joining Qatar Cool in July 2019, Samir worked for international and diversified companies in the Middle East and North America in the fields of financial services, construction and real estate.<\/p><p>Samir holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
